About our founder & CEO
Raja Skogland is the CEO of The Visionary Company & VC, driven by a passion for empowering and bringing leaders, investors and founders together to fuel the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
She is also a board member at NorBAN - The Norwegian Business Angel Network, sits on the investment committee of Feminvest, Sweden's largest hub for female entrepreneurs and investors, with nearly 47,000 members, and she is an advisor at Antler, investor in 1000+ startups.
She is a key figure in the Nordic startup ecosystem, for having launched thehub.io in Norway in 2016 - The Largest Nordic job platform for startups and scale-ups to recruit talent, as well as being CEO at TheFactory, an award winning accelerator program in the Nordics.
Serial entrepreneur and investor in 100+ startups, she has been listed among the TOP 100 most influential women in the European VC & startup space in 2023 and 2024, by EU Startups.
